Weβre after someone with strong pub cuisine experience who can deliver hearty, comforting dishes while keeping our Scottish, Irish and British roots alive.

β’ Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
β’ Strong knowledge of pub-style cooking
β’ Ability to lead a team and run a busy kitchen
β’ Passion for quality food
